The Julbo Monterosa 2 REACTIV 2-4 are a comfortable pair of glasses for hiking and climbing days in the mountains.

Monterosa 2 is the ideal companion for taking in the scenery. This now-iconic Julbo model has had its lines completely redesigned for a more modern look that emphasises its dynamic sporting credentials. For comfort, the sunglasses feature new Grip Tech temples and a non-slip bridge, making them a benchmark model for the mountains. You can also rely on their protective design and removable side shields to explore new altitude horizons safely. Furthermore, the side shields can be removed for a more casual appearance if desired. The Monterosa has slightly smaller lenses than its counterpart, the Montebianco. Making it more suited to females or persons with smaller face shapes.

REACTIV Photochromic Lenses: (Cat. 2-4 - VLT 5% to 20%) the lens gets darker or lighter to match changing light conditions, the Cat. 2-4 lense rating covers a wide range of lighting conditions offering you outstanding protection, enhanced contrast and protecting you from glare. These lenses are also non-temperature sensitive, therefore the reaction times to changing light are consistent unlike some brands, which rely on temperature for the lens to react.
