The Evolv Zenist is a super soft, all-action competition bouldering shoe. Coming in as the softest shoe in Evolv's lineup, the Zenist is ideal for bouldering indoors and out as well as a heavy training schedule.
Designed for climbers who want maximum feedback on delicate placements, the Zenist features a single layer upper for a snug fit that moulds to your foot. An aggressively cambered vegan synthetic upper provides power in overhanging terrain, while the EX-P midsole provides stability without sacrificing sensitivity. A must-have shoe for modern indoor and competition climbers.

A few weeks, and a dozen or so sessions:
- ordered my street size and, while it was a little tricky to get on the first time, they've given a brilliant fit. They've stretched a little so they're easier on/off, but remain a good fit so far.
- heel is the only area with any excess volume, but this is to the sides so hasn't significantly harmed performance. It might matter more outdoors/at higher grades on marginal heels.
- rubber feels super reliable, and the sensitivity is fantastic. It's super easy to trust your feet in these.
- edging performance is good, despite the sensitivity and flex in the shoe. They're a very competent all rounder, regardless of their marketing as a smeary/slab/volume superstar.
Very happy with these, and as always great service from R43,R

I've been wearing them for a few weeks now. They broke in quickly for me and the sensation you get from the rock is great.
