Deuter Freescape Lite 26

The Freescape is a perfect fit for adventurous ski mountaineers who require a lightweight winter pack with loads of neat features to keep all of their essentials close at hand while hitting steep, snowy terrain. Made from snow resistant ripstop fabric.

What sets this apart from other lightweight ski packs is its clever features, such as a built-in mesh helmet holder that can detach and be reattached for secure helmet placement when in use, or for safekeeping when not in use. There is a dedicated, reinforced avalanche equipment compartment on the front for quick easy access in an emergency.

A tidy, fleece-lined, zip-up pouch hangs on the inside of the pack to securely store your goggles. Two modular gear straps can be found on the front and can be fastened in various ways to accommodate all types of skies, snowboards, crampons & ice axe. 

A large secondary side zipper can be found on the right-hand side for easy access to your gear. On the opposite side, there is a secure zip-up pocket for your mobile phone or valuables with quick access in the event of an emergency. This also allows you to keep your phone separate from your avalanche beacon to avoid any signal interference. There is also an SOS label attached to signal for help if you do get into trouble.

Stabiliser straps are integrated to pull the pack into your body so you are well balanced. Finally, there is a hydration system holder so you can carry enough water for your pursuits.

Alpine Back System

The mix of comfort, durability, practicality, and low weight is critical for alpine backpacks. With its two flexible soft stripe back cushions that are ideally fitted to the anatomy and follow the wearer's movements, Deuter's Alpine System responds to this problem by focusing on a small, secure yet pleasant fit. This, combined with the pack's slim profile, puts the weight close to the centre of gravity, ensuring complete pack control.

The Alpine back combines a snug, compact fit for complete pack control and full focus on the terrain with excellent carrying performance and comfortable ventilation between the two soft stripe back pads.
