DMM Boa 30kN Locksafe HMS

The DMM Boa Locksafe 30kN HMS is a large and very strong offset HMS carabiner with a massive gate opening, perfect for thick ropes, multiple knots or slings.

An offset shape gives the DMM Boa Locksafe HMS a lot of extra strength without compromising it's core function as a HMS, allowing it to not only handle standard HMS duties well - belaying Italian hitches - but providing a lot of extra capacity and safety when it comes to rigging.

Locksafe Mechanism
This clever, triple-action locking mechanism is almost as simple to use as the original spring-loaded 'Kwiklock' mechanisms, requiring just one extra push-up action of the barrel before the twist. This extra dynamic (level of safety) means the biner provides far better protection against accidental opening.
