Shoe Conversion Size Chart

The Evolv Nikita Lace is a super comfortable and supportive womens specific climbing shoe, perfect for indoor walls, cragging or long routes in the mountains.

Built on a low volume women's specific last, the Evolv Nikita is made of a quality split leather and lined with 3-D Air Mesh in the heel and tongue to maximise comfort, breathability and support. An Enhanced Arch Support (EAS) system builds arch structure directly into the outsole, providing midfoot comfort and support.

These shoes will be good for most angles of climbing but are more oriented towards vertical and less than vertical terrain. Their fairly flat-bottomed profile suits all around performance or general use.

Sizing: For new climbers and for more comfort half a size larger would be recommended. Wear at street shoe size for a good tight fit.

  • Profile: Semi-asymmetrical
  • Sole: 4.2 mm TRAX® high friction rubber
  • Rand: VTR rand (thicker at toe)
  • Upper: Leather
  • Lining: Unlined leather forefoot, nylon footbed, partially lined 3-D Air Mesh
  • Midsole: MX-P: 1.0 mm full-length

TRAX® high friction rubber is formulated to be the highest performing rubber on the market. TRAX® has a perfect balance of high friction and edging power on different types of rock and plastic holds while performing consistently over a wide range of temperatures.

Way too tight

I got cramp in my foot just putting the shoe on. Far far far too tight. Had to return them

These are really great shoes but much smaller than expected

The service is great. I received these very quickly. I usually wear UK 6. Some brands I wear UK 5.5. (I’m a beginner in climbing) Having read previous reviews, I got UK 6.5 for these Nikita. And they were still way too small. My toes really hurt. So I expanded them so now they just about fit - but after an hour - I really need a toe “break” to relieve the pain. Quality of them is really good. If you’re a beginner like me, I suggest going a whole size up at least.

Great shoes

I'm a beginner, I got my shoe size as advised by the helpful staff at rock and run and they fit really well (pretty tight as I am told they should). Grip etc seems to be really good and they are a cute colour.

I bought two pairs of climbing shoes recently and had to change them a number of times as is normal to get the perfect fit. Staff dealing with us throughout were extremely accommodating and relevant refunds due to price changes were prompt. Only negative was the return postage costs but overall great service! Thanks PS. Sorry about the title. I find people wanna read negative reviews more than positive ones! So stop reading reviews and buy something =]
