The Five Ten Anasazi Pro is a performance enhanced Anasazi climbing shoe with a slightly more aggressive/precise fit, ideal for indoor bouldering.

This revised version of the classic Anasazi offers increased technical performance and will allow you to excel at edging, smearing, toe and heel hooking. One of the main features that sets the Anasazi pro aside from its originator is the moulded Stealth Mi6 rubber toe patch, which has the obvious advantage of being excellent for toe hooking. The closure system has also been updated with a more breathable mesh tongue, and new velcro straps which make the shoe secure and more lightweight.

The Anasazi Pro features a flat and neutral last with an asymmetrical toe box which provides both comfort and precision. The outsoles are made using Five Ten's versatile performance Stealth C4 rubber that offers exceptional friction, which combined with the stiff midsole, makes the Anasazi pro excellent for both smearing and edging on small holds. The heel features more tension than the classic Anasazi providing a slightly more aggressive and precise fit.

The Anasazi Pro is an ideal choice for anybody looking for a non-down turned, performance, indoor bouldering shoe.

Good climbing shoe for edging

Great for edging, but not so good for smearing, until they have worn in a bit.

Anasazi Pro UK6.5

I’ve only used them for a few sessions at the indoors wall and for one outdoors bouldering sesh. They are now beginning to break in and I can say that so far I am very happy with how they feel and perform. I’ve been using UK7 size on all my 5.10s so far, but I always felt I could maybe squeeze in half a size less which is exactly what happened with these and they feel fine still. I’m a wide foot shape and can confirm that these fit a wide shape foot. Look forward to trying them on some trad routes soon. They will be a bit too much if I had to wear them on a long multi-pitch day though so I feel they are best used for single pitch trad and/or bouldering for which they seem to be made.

Very good shoe

These are the first velcro shoes that have worked for me and they are now my main indoor shoe. I have not used them outdoors yet, partly because they are not as comfortable as my Scarpa's. Five Ten do need to sort their heels though. Toebox is brillian, they can leave that alone but the heel... I'll not be cruel and call it baggy but it's definitely looser than you want. Rock and Run were amazing, helpful at every step of the process and very easy to deal with. I will definitely be shopping there again.
