Loved them. Tried to buy another pair but they had sold the last pair. I'm normally a size 3/4 street size and bought a 5. Quite tight until broken in
Excellent after service! Quick and responsive! Thanks!
Having worn through a pair of Sportiva Solutions unexpectedly quickly, I opted to buy a pair of Typhoons instead of paying for a resole. I'm very pleased with that decision! Having bouldered with the shoes for a couple of months now I can't really fault them; the heel is nice and snug (I've found a lot of 5.10 heels very baggy, and my La Sportiva shoes were slightly too broad at the heel for me), the velcro straps are placed so that the buckle at the midfoot faces the outside of the foot so is less likely to see wear (I often end up tearing through this part of a shoe), and build quality is up there with the best. The only thing I would fault them on is that the rubber seems less sticky than some of the other brands' shoes are, but the shoes aren't showing much wear yet so maybe this is a fair trade off.
These last well and hold their own on lots of differing styles of climbing. The heel is amazing. Just bought another pair.
Bought these based on some feedback from a friend and the review on rockrun's info site, as a replacement for my faithful Five Ten Anasazi's, which have just died. Wouldn't have gone for the Typhoon's if it hadn't been for the price rise in Five Tens, but
