I am a novice climber, and have recently taken up both indoor and outdoor climbing. After renting and borrowing various shoes of questionable quality (as there were well worn), I have purchased these beauties based on other reviews and the easy to follow guidelines on the website: a great shoe for the novice climber such as myself. I have so far used them both indoors and outdoors, I am really pleased with them so far. They are not fully broken in yet, but they are a snug fit and grip better to those small holds. Overall my climbing is going to new heights!!
Very comfy shoes, good for long, easy mutli-pitch routes. Not very much sensitivity or precision in the toes, and bad for edging. I find it very difficult to trust smaller footholds, and my feet seem to slip off a lot more. Good for beginners.
I have had 5:10 Sirens before really great shoe which fits well they have shortened the laces which means they tie with out excessive "tails" now. Ordering was easy and delivered promptly when expected
Second pair of Sirens I have owned - 5:10 rubber is nice and sticky... and the laces mean you get a really snug fit!
Great shoes for a begini
