Sorry, this product is out of stock. We can notify you when this product is available:

The Mammut Trion Light 28L is a versatile and extremely light alpine backpack featuring a roll-top closure and short back length for climbing.

With a very short overall back length of 48 cm and no flap, the Mammut Trion Light 28L is the climbing specialist as it sits compactly on your back, allowing you to easily tilt your head back when climbing and belaying, even when wearing a helmet. Ropes can be attached quickly and easily to the outside and the Trion also offers secure attachments for ice tools and skis. The T-frame “Remove & Climb” frame strut can be removed in the blink of an eye from the outside in situations where you need even more freedom of movement and flexibility. Without the frame and hip belt padding, the weight of the 28 version falls to an unbelievable 590g.

      Superb little pack

I've been dragging trad climbing gear around so the pack easily reaches 12-14 kg and despite the load the pack remains comfortable. It's simple, light and reasonably robust. The roll top is also completely rain proof. In summary: I'd buy it again.
