Great, works as expected

Took this to the Alps and forgot my cows tail and the sling came to the rescue. Thankfully I didn't have to use this in anger during the trip.

Petzl Crevasse Rescue Kit

Excellent quality piece of kit for regular glacier travel. Easy to set up and effective. The service from Rock & Run was excellent - answering questions over the phone and despatching the item the same day.

Versatile hauling system

A versatile pack that can be used for gear hauling, crevasse rescue, rope ascent, solo top-roping etc etc. The progress capture pulley in particular is excellent.

Petzl crevasse rescue kit

Bought this for glacier traverse for a recent ski touring expedition to Lyngen, arctic Norway. A liitle heavier than prussics but easier to use. Buying the kit is cheaper than the components singly - this way you get the pulley free. Recommended.
