Scarpa Booster S

Shoe Conversion Size Chart

The Scarpa Booster S is an incredibly sensitive performance rock climbing shoe, specifically developed for high end sport climbing and bouldering and ideally suited to those who want maximum feel on the rock.

A one-third length Vibram sole creates a flexible shoe that allows more natural movement through overhanging, thin routes. The Tri-tension rand enhances powerful movements through dynamic problems by concentrating the strength of the foot through an asymmetrical support ribbon; driving energy to the forefoot. All of this adds up to create an extremely sensitive, flexible shoe ideal for moving fast over technical, steep and overhanging rock.

Whilst the materials and construction are similar to those used in the other Scarpa performance rock climbing shoe range, the Booster S fulfils its sensitivity remit partially through a lightening up of the materials used. The upper fabrics and sole unit are considerably thinner than those used in the likes of the Instinct VS, thus it will be more susceptible to wear in a shorter time frame, particularly if it is used excessively on climbing walls or by those with less precise footwork.

    Great delivery service as always,

Great delivery service as always, thanks RnR! As for the shoes, I’m very happy so far after a decent day climbing on the steep limestone nearby. They felt tight but not painful (until the end of the day!), and were much more precise feeling when stretching out for small edges and smears. As long as they stretch a bit over time they should be an ideal shoe for more technical routes and bouldering, but not for longer mountain routes.

Precision Articulated as a Rock Shoe

The most sensitive and precise rock shoe I've ever owned. Particularly good indoors and on sandstone and/or the grit.

    Best Climbing Shoes EVER

These shoes are High definition Ultra-high-end sport Climbing Shoes. You can feel the smallest texture at the wall you´re stepping into (and it makes it fell like a plateau). It´s like a super plasma-or-LED high definition TV whereas the others are 32bits black-and-white monitors. The support is unbelievable, the precision unmatchable and the confort like no other. I am still mesmerized by these shoes, dreaming about climbing on them more than about the routes I am projecting.
