I recently bought this to go in my trail running backpack for long distance ultras of 100 miles plus. So far, I’ve taken it out on training runs of 20km + and its small size and light weight is perfect. It takes up very little space in my small pack, fitting into the palm of my (small) hand. It only weighs 99 grams, so is incredibly light. I haven’t yet tested it as a bivvy bag. As an ultra runner, it’s the kind of thing you hope not to use, as it means you’ve probably packed up during the race and are waiting for help! Still, I could use it at the finish line, if I finish in the middle of the night.
Very lightweight and beautifully packed in its little stuff sac. It looks like it is great quality. I haven't taken it out and used it - and hope I never have to!
