Superfeet Blue are a long lasting, high-performance, versatile shoe insole that improves the fit and support of a wide range of footwear. 

Totally versatile, the Superfeet BLUE insoles are ideal for most general footwear including all kinds of boots, shoes and trainers. Providing excellent shock absorption and support whilst maximising and improving your stability on all terrains, they also help to reduce damage to the knees and ankles through providing a much better foot-hold in your shoes or boots. To use the insoles simply match the outline of your footwear's existing insole/footbed, and trim them down to match.

How they work
Superfeet insoles help adapt the flat midsole of your footwear to the 3-dimensional shape of your foot. The distinct Superfeet shape helps to stabilise the foot, while the deep, structured heel cup and full-length foam provide support and comfort for every step.

All full-length Superfeet insoles should be trimmed to fit your footwear.

If you are on the cusp (aka between sizes) and aren't sure which size to choose, keep in mind it's most important that your heel fits well in the heel cup of the insole - it should be "in" the heel cup, not "on" it.
