Tendon 'Budget or Contract Static Rope' is suitable for contract and safety work, rigging and abseiling - not suitable for lead climbing. It offers less elongation, is not quite as strong and will take less major impacts than more premium semi-static's, however it is still more than adequate for many uses.

Semi-static ropes should also be soaked in water and allowed to dry slowly. This process allows this rope to shrink by approximately 3% naturally and this shrinkage should be allowed for when ordering lengths.
