The Thermarest NeoAir XLite Womens is an ultra lightweight air camping mat that delivers more warmth and comfort per gram than any other 3 season air mattress.
Warmer and shorter than the original ultralight pad, the Thermarest NeoAir XLite Womens features a minimal pack size with maximum performance whilst offering lightweight backpacking comfort. The innovative Triangular Core Matrix offers the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any air sleeping pad construction. The construction gives the 2.5 inch (6.4 cm) thick pad superior stability, boasting the most inches of weld for maximum camp comfort.
The compact pad boasts a 5.4 R-value, allowing users to camp in all but the most extreme conditions. The high-performance WingLock valve allows the pad to inflate three times faster thanks to a larger opening and one-way inflation. Stuff sack and repair kit included.

This is only just long enough for me (I'm 5ft 6), but I appreciate it's been honed and trimmed right down to the absolute smallest it can be while still functioning well. It's TINY when rolled up and still packs down this small after being inflated and used (sometimes I find air mats don't once you've actually used them). Highly recommend. Worth the cash if you're walking and carrying your stuff 100%.
I am 5'5 male, the neo air womens is a perfect size for me, as it allows full! body support without any extra. Comfy to sleep on and easy to pack down. I have only tested in June camping conditions in Scotland so can't commented on thermal properties but certainly more insulation than my old thermarest
