Beal Joker Unicore Dry Cover 9.1mm

The Beal Joker Unicore Dry Cover 9.1mm x 60m is a super thin, multi-rated climbing rope that meets the requirements for all three dynamic rope standards.

DryCover
Every filament in the sheath of Beal DryCover ropes is treated with a water repellent chemical before the rope is manufactured. This chemical covering is polymerised at high temperature to prolong the life of the dry treatment, thus adding to the durability of the rope. On a Beal DryCover rope, the core is not treated.

Unicore
The UNICORE process bonds the sheath of the rope to the core. This prevents sheath slippage, but also helps to keep the structural integrity of the rope if it is cut or damaged.
