Unlike traditional flat files, the Taco features a unique ergonomic pinch-grip design that feels natural in your hand, giving you greater control and precision when caring for your skin. Its compact, lightweight body has a non-slip textured finish and is shaped to reach every contour of your fingers, palms and even your feet, making it easy to smooth problem areas that other files struggle to reach.

Each TACO Climbing Skin File includes four interchangeable self-adhesive sanding pads:

2 x 100 Grit (Hard) – for quickly reducing thick, stubborn calluses.
2 x 150 Grit (Soft) – for smoothing and refining your skin to the perfect finish.

Use the coarse 100-grit surface first to remove excess callus, then switch to the finer 150-grit pad for a smooth, even finish that's ready for your next climbing session. You can even fit both grits at the same time for fast, two-stage skin care.

Replacement sanding pads are available separately, ensuring your TACO remains a reliable part of your climbing kit for years to come.
