The Metolius Grip Saver Plus is an essential tool for serious climbers to strengthen and balance the muscles and tendons of the hand, fingers, wrist and forearm.
Also doubling as a superb mechanism for warming up the fingers pre climbing session, the Grip Saver Plus is a really effective tool for rehab or prevention of all climbing-related finger, wrist and elbow injuries.

I love shopping with Rock + Run! They have a wide range of equipment for the outdoors and a great customer experience if you ever need some support too. After placing an order, followed by a question about one of the products I was buying, they got back to me quickly with the information I needed, and still all before a quick dispatch. Thank you!

I’d been using the medium version (red) and it had become too easy, so I bought the hard version. The ball itself is harder and the elastic is stiffer, and it’s quite a jump from the medium version, so for now I’m using both of them and I guess in time I’ll be strong enough to ditch the medium. For someone with stronger fingers they’d be able to go straight for the hard.

Love it! It might make your hands/forearms stronger, but it definitely does ease off aches and pains. I have a form of tennis elbow in both arms and using this about three times each day (until slight fatigue, as directed) has definitely made everything feel smoother, despite a serious increase in climbing activity. I have the red one, have fairly small hands and fingers and find it challenging enough for what I use it for. Also, I have not found it flimsy in any way, as long as some care is taken with the rubber bands when taking it off. Rock and Run fab as always. Recommended.
