Blue Ice Griffin 10 Crampon

The Blue Ice Griffin 10 Crampon is designed for classic mountaineering and winter hillwalking, from icy ridgelines in the Lake District to snow-covered scrambles in Wales, as well as Scottish winter terrain and Alpine environments. Fully compatible with all boots with heel welts, it provides dependable grip on hard snow and icy ground, ensuring secure, confident foot placement.

The Griffin range stands out thanks to its innovative adjustment system, allowing fast, precise fitting directly onto the boot, an essential feature when gearing up in cold, changeable conditions. The patent-pending sliding collar adds an extra level of security, keeping the crampon firmly in place throughout long winter days.

Constructed with 2mm-thick chromoly steel rails, the Griffin 10 offers excellent penetration into snow and ice while remaining lightweight and efficient. With a 10-point configuration, it’s ideally suited to moderate terrain where stability, comfort, and ease of use are key - making it a great choice for winter walking, glacier travel, and long alpine days.
