Orders are to be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. (Excluding Bank Holidays).

We offer fast and tracked shipping across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or a DPD Next Day/Two-Day service. Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification from either ourselves or the courier with additional shipping details.

You can also "Pickup in store" from our showroom near Milnthorpe, South Cumbria.

NOTE: Some products are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers’ warehouses. Items may arrive separately, but Rock+Run remains your point of contact for all delivery, return and product enquiries.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

**Channel Islands: Please select either Jersey or Guernsey as the country. Tax and products with shipping restrictions will be updated at checkout.

💂 BFPO:

Standard shipping rates apply for all orders to the Ruislip Depot. For us to Remove the VAT we will require you to send an email to info@rockrun.com within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will need your order number, BFPO postcode and country of placement. Then with these details we will retrospectively refund the VAT.

🚚 What to Do if Your Shipment is Delayed

If your order is significantly delayed, please:

1. Check your tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
   
2. Wait an additional 2 business days beyond the estimated delivery window.
   
3. Contact our support team if the issue persists, and we will investigate with the courier.

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe via DHL or FedEx.

A signature will be required for all deliveries and delivery addresses must be a place of residence or a workplace.

We are unable to delivery to Postal Boxes, military addresses PO, APO or FPO addresses.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.

📜 Customs - Duties & Taxes

• Prices include import duties.
• Local sales taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

🇪🇺 Country-Specific Instructions

• Italy: Please provide your Codice Fiscale number by entering it in your address or emailing it after placing your order.
• Norway: Please provide your PID number by entering it in your address or emailing it after placing your order.
• Spain: Please provide your DNI number by entering it in your address or emailing it after placing your order. We are unable to ship to the Canary Islands.
• Excluded Countries: If shipping is unavailable to your country at checkout, we unfortunately do not deliver to your region at this time.

We offer fast and reliable shipping outside the UK and Europe via DHL or FedEx.
