Edelrid Skye Kit - Via Ferrata Set

The Edelrid Skye Kit is an ultra-comfortable via ferrata set comprising a climbing harness, via ferrata lanyard, and helmet. This includes the Skye all-round climbing harness that features four buckles for a large adjustment range and optimally distributes the load thanks to its butterfly shape. The compact, tried-and-tested Cable Kit via ferrata lanyard with wear-resistant, elasticated arms features an innovative fail-safe design and deploys in the event of a fall, even in the case of 180° misuse. The light, well-ventilated Zodiac hybrid helmet protects the head.

• Via ferrata lanyard:
  

1. Rest loop situated directly at shock absorber
   
2. Elasticated webbing keeps carabiners close to hand
   
3. Optimized OneTouch II carabiners prevent fingers getting pinched between the carabiner gate and steel cable
   
4. Energy absorber conforms to EN 958: 2017: low impact force for all weight classes
   
5. Complies with EN standard 958: 2017, even in the event of 180° incorrect use

1. Butterfly shape for increased hanging comfort and optimum load distribution
   Large adjustment range and universal use thanks to the four-buckle design
2. Five gear loops, two attachment options for ice screw clips, and a chalk bag loop on the back
   
3. Red wear indicator in load-bearing straps on the waist belt and leg loops, as well as in the central ring
   
4. Slide Block buckle on the waist belt and leg loops can be fully opened to make the harness easier to put on when wearing skis or crampons

   Cradle folds into helmet to significantly reduce the pack size
