Climb the ladder of success with specific grips (double fingers, incline rulers) for a comprehensive and convenient training experience. 

The central handle helps you train solo and conveniently connects to YY elastic Bands to support you for various strenuous workouts such as one-arm, or weighted pull-ups or just to lighten the load. 

Fear not! With the magnetically-charged wedges reducing the depth of the sockets by 10mm, you can store them securely on the handy holders on either side of the beam.
