PRICING AND CURRENCY

Great news! Prices are automatically shown in AUD exclusive of UK sales tax. We use real-time currency conversion which may vary on a daily basis. You will be charged in your own currency so you won't see any extra currency charges on your credit card.

DUTY AND HANDLING FEES

The de minimis threshold for Australia is AU$1,000.

This means imported goods with a total value of less than AU$1,000 are considered low value and are exempt from customs duties.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

A signature will be required for all deliveries and delivery addresses must be a place of residence or a workplace.

We are unable to delivery to Postal Boxes, military addresses PO, APO or FPO addresses.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

There are items on our website that we cannot send outside the UK or to specific countries.

The product page will say if we are unable to ship the item and we will contact you if your order contains any items we are unable to dispatch.

For exceptionally large, heavy and strange sized orders we may have to ask for additional postage. We will contact you by email if this is the case. 

DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES

We endeavour to dispatch all small orders placed before 2.00pm (UK time) Monday to Friday the same day, except on Bank (Public) Holidays.

Larger orders with more logistics can take 1 extra working day to process.

Shipping times are stated in the shipping tables and assume that there will be no delays clearing customs. If there is a delay in clearing customs in your country this will add additional days to your shipping time which is outside our control.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use a range of world class couriers, which includes Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Full tracking will be provided to you by the courier when your order has been dispatched and they will contact you if any action is required from you.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS LATE?

If your order has taken longer than expected to arrive then please e-mail us: info@rockrun.co.uk or call us on our Customer Service number +44 (0)153 956 4540. You must contact us within 30 days of your order being dispatched so we can arrange for a replacement or refund to be processed, failure to do so may mean we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.
