My first ever set of poles.

Seems I have missed out for decade or more not believing poles were any use. I see these up on the trail as per Nordic style walking and they certainly helped a lot for sure. I am now converted to using them when the load is heavy. I walked three days 100km of winter walking on moorland and this helped a lot. Very handy piece of kit.
