Features

Two Sizes to Rule Them All

Four Adjustable Buckles: The Explora harness features two adjustable buckles at the waist, covering a perimeter of 65 to 90 cm for size S-M and 80 to 105 cm for size L-XL. Additionally, it also offers buckles on the leg loops, with measurements of 47 to 59 cm for size S-M and 54 to 69 cm for size L-XL. This setup ensures that with just two models, all market sizes are covered.

Fit Webbing®: The patented Fit Webbing® system allows for easy adjustment of the harness thanks to the adjustable straps with velcro at their ends. These adhere perfectly to the lumbar area of the harness, which is entirely velcro. This prevents unwanted movements by keeping them in place and prevents their ends from interfering with the gear loops.

AL Buckles: These small-sized buckles are made of aluminium, providing maximum lightness. Their ergonomic shape allows for easy adjustment with minimal effort, ensuring a more comfortable and agile experience for the climber.

Dual Webbing: The Explora harness features a dual structure with two straps inserted within the padded waist area. Unlike other simple harnesses that have a single strap located in the centre, our Dual Webbing distributes weight evenly across the entire contact surface of the harness, as the straps are located on the upper and lower sides of the padding. This same construction is repeated in the padded leg loops, where the straps are also located on the sides of the leg loop padding. This improves load distribution and reduces pressure on specific points, thereby increasing comfort during long periods of use. These properties are maintained throughout the harness s lifespan.

Adjustable Straps of Just 20 mm and 15 mm: Its narrow adjustable straps reduce the volume of the harness on clothing, facilitating mobility.

6mm FOAM Padding: With 6 mm FOAM padding on the entire harness surface, internally covered by a 3D antibacterial and breathable inner fabric.

Rear Size Tag: Facilitates the identification of the harness size without the need to readjust it.

Leg Loop Adjustment with Clip: Clip to easily release the leg loops.
Red Color Code: All safety areas are marked in red, facilitating quick identification for control throughout the harness's lifespan.
Reinforced Red Ventral Straps: As one of the most worn parts, the reinforced ventral straps help to prolong the harness's durability and alert you to their wear.

Innovations
Fit Webbing®: allows securing the four adjustable straps solely with velcro, making for a precise and extremely easy adjustment. The straps adhere perfectly to the harness, preventing their ends from interfering with the gear loops. When the velcro is removed, all the straps are free, and the mobility with the buckle is smoother.
Buckles Fine Adjust: The small aluminium buckles allow for a smoother adjustment of the Explora harness, working smoothly on a strap of just 20 mm at the waist and 15 mm on the leg loops. The Fit Webbing® provides adjustable straps with a wide range of movement, allowing the buckles to move quickly and smoothly.
Dual Webbing: The Explora harness features a dual structure that incorporates two straps within the padded waist, distributing weight evenly across the entire contact surface. This improves load distribution and reduces pressure on specific points.
