Rehabilitating

Bought this to improve grip after losing strength due to a trapped nerve. Easy to use and enough resistance to do what I want it to. Would recommend it to anyone for rehab.

Brilliant Service

I love shopping with Rock + Run! They have a wide range of equipment for the outdoors and a great customer experience if you ever need some support too. After placing an order, followed by a question about one of the products I was buying, they got back to me quickly with the information I needed, and still all before a quick dispatch. Thank you!

It will do the job, in time

I’d been using the medium version (red) and it had become too easy, so I bought the hard version. The ball itself is harder and the elastic is stiffer, and it’s quite a jump from the medium version, so for now I’m using both of them and I guess in time I’ll be strong enough to ditch the medium. For someone with stronger fingers they’d be able to go straight for the hard.
