Featuring a high cuff and Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane to ensure your feet are protected from water and debris. The 3D Flex System allows for ultimate precision on holds and freedom of movement in complete safety, while the underfoot stabilizer makes the shoe ideal for extended use. The outsole uses Vibram MegaGrip compound with differentiated lugs and Impact Brake System for enhanced shock absorption and hold on all types of terrain.

I’ve had a pair of Sportiva for 20 years and they have been and still are fantastic boots, the Sportiva TX5GTX that I have just bought are very comfortable but too soft for mountain walks. I did Ben Nevis and my feet was killing me during and for 2 days after as the sole is just to soft. I did expect a lot more choice to choose from but there was only 2 makes to choose from so I should have not bought any really. I’m very disappointed with this product and being led to believe there was so much to choose from when there was just a few and much more in local outdoor shops. Although very nice friendly salesmen.
Bought just before a walking holiday in Slovenia - initially very pleased, however after the 4th day ( at this point around 50km of walking on the shoes) the glue bonding the rand to the upper and th glue bonding the soles on is starting to fail- will be attempting to replace as it is hopefully just a defect of manufacturing
Purchased for my son, and after first hike (up and down 3x mountains in Snowdonia) he couldn’t be happier with them. Fit like a glove, look the part, plus he was surprised how comfortable they are.
My second pair, still in box, ready for when existing pair are done. Great walking boots, even in winter, grip exceptional, fit is comfortable, with forgiving materials.
