BFPO

Standard shipping rates apply for all orders to the Ruislip Depot. Click here for Shipping Service.

For us to Remove the VAT we will require you to send an email to info@rockrun.co.uk within 24 hours of the order being placed.

We will need your order number, BFPO postcode and country of placement. Then with these details we will retrospectively refund the VAT.

Saturday Deliveries

We have the facility to provide a guaranteed Saturday delivery service using DPD Couriers to the majority of Mainland England and Wales, and Scotland up to Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The rate varies depending on the order and location, but will be a minimum of £30.

Pick Up from Our Showroom

Simply select the "Pick Up" delivery method at checkout and we shall send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up from our showroom.

Rock+Run, Unit 4, Shoreline Business Park, Sandside, Milnthorpe, Cumbria, LA7 7BF.

Park in marked bays in front of our warehouse. Head away from the warehouse to the way you drove in. On the right side of the three storey building take the stairs next to the red elevator tower up to our showroom on the first floor.

Other Shipping Information

SHIPPING METHODS

Royal Mail Tracked (UK)

• Sent with your regular post.
• A signature is not required but we advise that the delivery address will have someone present.
• There is basic tracking that will show whether your order has been delivered, left with a neighbour, or has failed to be delivered and is back at the Royal Mail depot.
• You will be updated by SMS/Email for any delivery updates.
• After dispatch the delivery address cannot be changed.

DPD Courier (UK)

• A signature is required so your delivery address must have somebody there to sign for the package.
• There is full tracking which will show your orders progress through the DPD network.
• On the morning of the delivery. DPD will SMS/Email you with a 1 hour delivery time slot.
• You will be informed by DPD of any delays due to weather, major traffic accidents that could lead to a delay in delivery.
• If you are not in when DPD attempt to deliver they will leave a card and you can arrange a delivery or collection with them.
• You can redirect your DPD package through their website or app after it has been dispatched. This may add 24 hours to the delivery time.

 

DISCOUNT CODES AND SHIPPING RATES

Shipping options and prices are calculated after any active discount code. Applying a discount code can affect shipping options and rates.

MISSED DELIVERIES

UK Royal Mail

Your local post office will hold your parcel for 2 weeks, before your order is automatically returned to Rock + Run. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

DPD Courier (UK)

Your local DPD depot will hold your parcel for 1 week before your order is automaticallyreturned to Rock + Run. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS LATE AND OTHER DELIVERY ISSUES?

If your order has taken longer than expected to arrive then please e-mail us: info@rockrun.co.uk or call us on our Customer Service number +44 (0)153 956 4540. You must contact us within 7 days of your order being dispatched so we can investigate and resolve.

If an EXPRESS DELIVERY is late we will refund the difference to the relevant STANDARD DELIVERY.

For any other unlikely issues, we will aim to resolve as soon as we can. However  we may require further information from the carriers and their processes are unfortunately slow and can take 2 weeks. A resolution will still fall into your statutory right of a reasonable 30 day resolution.

BANK HOLIDAYS

We are closed on Bank Holidays and delivery services will not run on these days so please allow an extra day for delivery.

ANYTHING ELSE?

In the very unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours we will contact you via e-mail or phone with an expected delivery date.
