Rock + Run is a UK company, as such pricing is in GBP and the product selling price takes VAT into consideration for our UK customers.
Upon entering a non-UK address at checkout there will be zero VAT, but the total product price remains unchanged.

After order dispatch, we regret that we are unable to retrospectively apply the discount code to your order.
You the customer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, handling fees and customs charges required by your country for importing goods.
You will be contacted by customs or the courier with details on how to pay these import costs, therefore It is vital that you provide the correct contact details.
If you do not pay these additional costs and your order is returned, we will refund you minus £25.00, which covers any costs we will incur for the order to be returned to us.
At this time we are unable to pre-advise any potential import costs. They vary from country to country and depends on the contents of your order.
A signature will be required for all deliveries and delivery addresses must be a place of residence or a workplace.
We are unable to delivery to Postal Boxes, military addresses PO, APO or FPO addresses.
There are items on our website that we cannot send outside the UK or to specific countries.
The product page will say if we are unable to ship the item and we will contact you if your order contains any items we are unable to dispatch.
We endeavour to dispatch all small orders placed before 2.00pm (UK time) Monday to Friday the same day, except on Bank (Public) Holidays.
Larger orders with more logistics can take 1 extra working day to process.
Shipping times are stated in the shipping tables and assume that there will be no delays clearing customs. If there is a delay in clearing customs in your country this will add additional days to your shipping time which is outside our control.
We use a range of world class couriers, which includes Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Full tracking will be provided to you by the courier when your order has been dispatched and they will contact you if any action is required from you.
Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

You must contact us within 30 days of your order being dispatched so we can arrange for a replacement or refund to be processed, failure to do so may mean we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.
