We offer a Click & Collect service for customers located near to our warehouse. Simply select the "Collect From Our Warehouse" shipping method at the checkout. 

Timings and Notifications

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Please wait for the email before coming to collect. To give you an idea on timings we put together collections twice a day. Orders placed in the morning will likely be ready for collection mid afternoon.  Orders placed in the afternoon and evening will likely be ready for collection mid morning the following day.

We are open for collections Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

In-Store Personal Shopping by Appointment

We offer a bespoke personal shopping service here at Rock+Run. This is done by appointment basis so we can best prepare for your visit and ensure your time here is tailored to your specific needs. Any visit to our office (apart from simple Click & Collect) will need to be organised ahead of time, this is to ensure one of our expert team members is on hand to assist you and to avoid any disappointment if our small team is busy.
