Scarpa Piki Kids

Size: EU 29-30

The Scarpa Piki Kids is a comfortable childrens climbing shoe, designed to provide a lightweight protective option for growing climbers.

The second addition to Scarpa's line of kids' climbing shoes, the Scarpa Piki Kids provides a more comfortable and foot-friendly alternative to the Instinct J. The shoe has been designed to follow the natural shape and curve of the foot to create as close a feeling to being barefoot as possible, providing a comfortable and safe option for kids who are new to climbing. The spacious forefoot area ensures the toes are free to move and aren't squished, and the comfortable microfibre upper with a neoprene tongue ensures next-to-skin comfort. The velcro stap is also easy to use, and the neoprene ankle area is stretchy to accommodate foot growth.

Features

  • Upper: Microfibre
  • Sole: Vision 4.0 mm

Quality shoes. Much easier to get on the kids than other models I've had.

    Sticky Situation

Overall a good beginner's shoe, however let down by quality of the stitching around the toe area. Bearing in mind these are childrens stickies, the price is excessive.

    Heel issues

The angle of the heel of the shoes means every time my daughter wears them she gets blisters.... really poor design! I now rent shoes for her when we go climbing which is really frustrating after spending £40 on a pair
