The Wild Country Pro Lite is a simple to use and extremely lightweight belay device, offering a superb cost effective option for the all-round climber.

Secure and efficient, the Wild Country Pro Lite offers intuitive belaying and is smooth running. Wide, deep V-grooves provide great control when using climbing ropes ranging from 7.7-11mm, and a flat base plate reduces grab when rope is needed quickly. The device works equally equally well when belaying or abseiling, making the Pro Lite a great option for all styles of climbing.

Wild Country Pro Lite ATC

Not surprisingly, the Prolite ATC works a treat, I bought it to replace an old Black Diamond ATC, which still lies somewhere under Shepherd's Crag (dropped by my son!). The friction ribs are more pronounced on the Pro Lite than those on my old ATC and I felt this gave me more control of the rope in normal handling. Recommended!
