SOL Escape Lite Bivvy

Sorry, this product is out of stock. We can notify you when this product is available:

The SOL Escape Lite Bivvy is a minimalistic and ultralight, heat reflective emergency bivvy, perfect for packing for fast and lightweight trips.

Constructed with a proprietary Escape fabric and with a minimalist design, the Escape Lite Bivvy weighs in at 156g and packs down incredibly small. The proprietary fabric allows moisture to escape at the same time that it keeps rain, snow and wind on the outside, and all this whilst reflecting your body heat back to you. The Escape Lite is no one-trick pony either, use it as a liner to enhance the warmth of your traditional sleeping bag, as an ultra-light weight summer bag or as an emergency bivvy. Now you really can go further and explore for longer!

Anything’s better than the old plastic ones

Pre-packed in the rucksack, hoping I’ll never need it: looked a good solid item when unrolled. I once used an old-style survival bag to bivouac in the woods, just to see what I could see, and woke up in the morning soaked through. A lightweight breatheable bag has got to be an improvement.

it's tiny and it works

I took it on my bike and used it to sleep on some church steps
nice and warm, comfortable, seemed to breathe ok
didn't quite repack into the stuff sack but squidged down enough to half
amazed that such a cheap item is so good
