The Cube is a unique and versatile training device, for suspension and traction training with close hands. As a result, the fingers, deltoids, and pectoral region are worked harder than traditional fingerboard hanging to work different muscle groups and maximise your overall strength.
The Cube has four different grips: four fingers in 25mm, three fingers in 35mm, bi-fingers and mono-fingers in 40mm, and a tray. Because of its versatility, it is an excellent tool for varying finger strengthening exercises. A simple design crafted from smooth recycled rubberwood which is kind to your skin.
