The Scarpa Ribelle Lite HD Women’s is a lightweight, high-performance mountaineering boot designed for technical trekking, alpine missions, and fast-paced mountain adventures. Favoured by mountain professionals and guides, this boot delivers exceptional comfort, stability, and protection, making it the ideal choice for long days in demanding terrain.

Built on Scarpa’s innovative RIBELLE last shape, the Ribelle Lite HD features the Sock-Fit XT construction system, durable Tech Fabric uppers, and advanced HDry® waterproof technology. These features work together to create a snug, precise fit that’s breathable, waterproof, and highly durable.

Recent updates include enhanced durability and the addition of metal eyelets on the forefoot lacing, providing a more secure and robust fit. Comfort has also been improved around the top of the tongue for a better overall feel. The boots are now PFAS-free, and the HD liner is bio-based, with 53% of its content derived from castor oil, significantly reducing their carbon footprint. They also feature innovative 37.5® technology, which uses active particles to help maintain your ideal body temperature of 37.5°C by regulating humidity and preserving warmth.

The boot is equipped with the Pentax Precision III outsole, combining a lightweight PU midsole with a Vibram® Mont rubber compound for reliable grip on all surfaces. A TPU heel insert allows for compatibility with semi-automatic (C2) crampons, while the sole design encourages a smooth and natural heel-to-toe transition, perfect for moving quickly through technical terrain.

What is HD?
Thanks to the HDry® quality standard, the shoes built with this system possess the highest level of waterproofness, breathability and insulation. The waterproof and breathable membrane is firmly laminated to the upper inner side and there are no seams and no gaps where water can penetrate: rain and cold are blocked on the shoe’s outer surface and a large volume of dry air keeps your feet warm and comfortable. The ultra-thin waterproof membrane and the unique lamination method provides a precise fit and keep your shoes dry and light all day.

Main Advantages of HDry®

• The external layer and the membrane are a unique body; no space in between for water to collect.
• Water penetration and absorbency are minimised so so weight does not increase in the wet.
• The membrane has a very high capacity of water vapour permeability.
• There is no seam sealing tape (as with Gore-Tex), enabling HD to exploit 100% of the membrane breathable surface.
• Keeps a large volume of dry air between the skin and the membrane, reducing the risk of dew condensation.
