The Scarpa Drago LV is a sensitive, precise, and powerful performance climbing shoe, designed for technical projects that require creative footwork.
This version offers a lower volume fit over its yellow counterpart.
Building on the success of the Furia, the Drago is another super sensitive specialist climbing shoe, but with a number of distinct variances over its sibling. Whereas the Furia was designed as a soft performance climbing shoe for most angles and terrains, the Drago has been designed principally with steep terrain in mind and targeted at high-end bouldering and sport climbing, where maximum control and sensitivity are required.
Specific variances over the Furia include an accentuation to the last's down-turned camber, a sturdier heel - based on that of the Instinct VS - and an overall lower volume fit. It also comes with a single Velcro strap, rather than the double strap used on the Furia.
The length sizing and base fit mirror that of other performance Scarpa rock shoes.

Hi all,
I have pairs of Solution and Solution Comp size 40,5 and 41 (EUR) and they fit me pretty well (my street size is about 43 EUR). I have also tried La Sportiva's Futura 40,5 EUR and it was a perfect fit.
But I couldn't even wear this Scarpa's Drago LV 40,5 EUR on my first tries, my right foot wouldn't go in. I kept trying them on for a week or so, in hopes it would stretch a bit, and it did as I would finally wear them, but it was extremely tight on both feet.
It the end, I sold to a friend, unfortunately. I still want to buy them again, but I would get 41,5 EUR, probably.
Didn't get the product because I cancelled the order.
Scarpa Drago LVs. Where do I start. This is only the second ever online review I've written (after the 1 star I gave to the kebab place by King's Cross which gave me explosive diarrhoea). But it had to be done. I've tried many climbing shoes and many brands in my time, but the Drago LVs and me? Like peanut butter and jelly. Like cookies and cream.
I've got narrow feet with Egyptian toes, and this shoe wrapped around my foot like a vacuum-packed latex onesie. But enough about my Saturday night attire.
This shoe is soft. No, like REALLY soft. Think a pillow made of candy floss and Drake selfies. That kind of soft. As a result, if you're looking for the kind of support you might get from a guy friend who patiently waits in the wings to escape the friendzone, this shoe ain't it. If, however, like me... you're just longing to FEEL something for once in your god forsaken life, then this shoe is it. The sensitivity reminds me of my girl on day 4 of her period.
My 4th pair of these, obviously I like them a lot! Downsize 1.5/2 sizes, best shoe in the business for me.
Have taken a while to wear in but excellent shoes - good heel and toe grips, flexible and have improved my climbing.
