The Edelrid HMS Bulletproof Triple Eco is an innovative and robust HMS carabiner. A steel insert at the base prevents premature wear or burrs which may snag your rope. The triple locking system ensure maximum safety, more so than a standard screwgate, while it is also heavy duty enough to be used as an alternative to a steel carabiner for top roping.
For the eco-consious among you - this carabiner is non anodized, making it the more sustainable choice. Although anodizing provides slightly more protection from the elements, the process itself creates many harmful pollutants, which are difficult to dispose of.
