Petzl Am'D Screw-Lock

Petzl recommend this as the best screw gate to work with the Reverso belay device which is how I’ve used it. Works well, doesn’t rotate and cross load in my experience. I’ve also used dedicated belay carabiners with the loop retention clip, but prefer this for lightweight, versatility of use for other purposes (unlike dedicated belay crabs), and the red indicator is perfect for buddy checks.

I've already got 2 of these carabinas and wanted a good all rounder to use with the new grigri plus I purchased at the same time. Work great together!
