Wild Country Dyneema Sling 10mm x 60cm: Dyneema slings have pretty much replaced Nylons slings, due to them having a higher strength to weight ration, less water absorption (important in winter) and has a higher resistance to cutting, though they tend to wear a bit quicker. Dyneema is however not a strong as nylon when any dynamic forces are involved, so when setting up belays, if a rope is not being used to connect to the anchors, make sure that there is no slack in the dyneema. It is best to replace your slings after 3 years, and less if they show heavy signs of wear.

10mm is a nice width to use, for a sling, it is light as you would expect, and doesn't take up much room, and are probably going to wear better than the super skinny 8mm slings that are available.

What it says on the tin

Light, thin, compact. Great for making tripled-up slingdraws for trad.
