Black Diamond Snaggletooth Crampon

The Black Diamond Snaggletooth is a technical yet versatile crampon that combines both mono-point and horizontal front points for increased precision and stability.

The perfect crampon for technical alpine routes in the big mountains, the Black Diamond Snaggletooth crampon is also versatile enough to handle long approach slopes and snowy summit ridges which require increased stability too. The mono-point provides the precision needed on cruxy mixed pitches and a small secondary front point offers additional stability and bite on both steep ice and low-angle neve. The Snaggletooth’s stainless steel construction provides a strong yet lightweight design that can accommodate most modern mountain boots.

Snaggletooth crampons

I'm really impressed. I've used them with a pair of Lasportiva Evo. Extremely comfortable I never got tempted to use my old grivels. Worth to mention that I'm only a grade III Scottish winter climber.
