This is a limited-time offer, while stock lasts.

What's included:

BLACKBIRD ICE AXE: The Blackbird is a classic and versatile mountaineering ice axe for UK winters, alpine routes, ski mountaineering, glacier travel and expeditions.

Its head is made of Chromoly steel, which is both light and rigid, making it ideal for anchoring. The classic straight shaft features a dual-textured grip and a stainless steel spike for secure placement. The Blackbird also comes with the added bonus of a spike and pick protector, so you can store & transport your axe without causing any damage.

GRIFFIN 12 CRAMPON Boot Fit Type: B2, B3: The Blue Ice Griffin 12 Crampon is ideally suited to classic mountaineering routes, from icy ridgelines in the Lake District to snow-covered scrambles in Wales, more sustained Scottish winter terrain and Alpine environments around the globe. Fully compatible with B2-B3 boots (with heel welts), it delivers reliable grip on hard snow and icy ground, ensuring confident, precise foot placement with every step.

The Griffin range stands out thanks to its innovative adjustment system, allowing fast, accurate fitting directly onto the boot, an essential feature when gearing up in cold, changeable conditions. The patent-pending sliding collar adds an extra level of security, keeping the crampon firmly in place throughout long winter days.

A key performance advantage comes from the 3D-shaped front and rear rails, constructed from just 2mm-thick steel. This design enables exceptional penetration into snow and ice, improving traction and stability on steep, technical ground, perfect for mixed winter conditions commonly found throughout the UK’s mountain regions.
