The Edelrid Helia climbing harness is built for one thing above all else: all-day comfort, without compromise.

At its core is a three-dimensional moulded waist belt and leg loop construction, using advanced 3D Pad technology to place cushioning exactly where it’s needed. More support at the sides, less bulk at the spine, delivering comfort without unnecessary weight. The leg loops mirror this design, with added rear padding and stabilising elements to maintain their shape over time.

A butterfly-shaped waist belt works in tandem with a two-part load-bearing strap to evenly distribute pressure, keeping you comfortable whether you’re projecting hard sport routes or hanging on long belays. The specially developed A-shaped hip belt is designed to suit climbers with a narrow waist, offering a precise, secure fit.

A large central tie-in point increases comfort when standing or belaying, while five well-organised gear loops give you plenty of space for your rack. The front loops are pre-shaped to sit proud, making clipping and gear access quick and intuitive.

Adjustable leg loops feature protected buckles for added durability, and despite its high level of support, the Helia remains impressively lightweight and packable. Finished with a clean, modern aesthetic, it looks as good as it performs.
