The Duo is a featherweight accessory designed specifically for climbing training, isolating the muscle and tendon development for one and two-finger holds.
Featuring a two-finger pocket (25mm deep) and a mono hold with a piece of cord for easy attachment. The Duo can be used pre-climb with a resistance band or light weights to warm up the fingers. Or you can apply them to a more intensive training programme by incorporating them into a fingerboard session or using them to lift heavier weights to build finger strength.
