USA - Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At Rock + Run we offer a fast and reliable shipping service at a reasonable price. We use both Royal Mail and Couriers to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Nearly all of our orders are sent on a tracked service, which means that virtually nothing goes missing, and when it does we will send out a replacement order free of charge.

Orders must be placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday to be dispatched the same day.

Please note that the customer is solely liable for any duties or tax that may have to be paid to the country of import.

  • A signature is required so your delivery address must have somebody there to sign for the package.
  • There is full tracking which will show your orders progress through the delivery network.
  • Depending on your location your parcel may be passed onto a local courier service.


Discount Codes and Shipping Rates

Shipping options and prices are calculated after any active discount code. Applying a discount code can affect shipping options and rates.

For example an item costing £80 would qualify for free UK standard delivery. If a 10% discount code was available and used, this would bring the item price down to £72 and shipping would then need to be paid as the order was not longer above the £80 order value threshold for free postage.


Missed Deliveries



You will need to follow any instructions on your calling card, SMS or email. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.


What to do if your shipment is late

If your order has taken longer than expected to arrive then please e-mail us: or call us on our Customer Service number +44 (0)153 956 4540. Normally the sooner we are made aware of a problem, the easier it is to sort out.


Bank Holidays

We are closed on UK Bank Holidays and delivery services will not run on these days so please allow and extra day for delivery.
