This is our Rock+Run Essentials range. Having been in business since 1983, we've come to appreciate what climbers, hikers, runners and campers really want from their kit - high quality, cost effective products that do exactly what they say on the tin.
The EB Red is a precise, technical climbing shoe that excels when the footholds start getting small. Ideal for use both indoor and outdoor, the Red is versatile and extremely comfortable which will suit intermediate climbers and those advanced climbers looking for an accessible, all-round option.
Featuring a sticky and super durable 5mm Daytona rubber sole across the bottom of the shoe, the EB Red is relatively supple whilst still precisely concentrating its power through the toe of the shoe to provide sumptuous support on the smallest holds. The Red’s high asymmetry combined with its marginal downturn delivers optimal performance on technical climbs without sacrificing any of the comfort, making the Red the perfect shoe for continued use whilst sport climbing, bouldering or even on longer, multi-pitch efforts.
EB’s Evo Microfiber upper, silver thread antibacterial treatment and dual Velcro straps ensure the Red remains comfortable, breathable and odour free long term. An added bonus is the Red’s Vegan credentials, crafting a high-performance shoe without the use of any animal products. Made from synthetic materials, expect the Red to stretch marginally, up to half a UK size.

Great technical shoe pretty aggressive in the toe box wouldn't recommend downsizing more than half a size. Pretty stiff shoe, great on small edges, really nice heel. I don't toe hook that much but it has a lot of rubber on the toe so would imagine it's pretty good at it. the only downside I had with them is they aren't very flexible so not as good at smearing.
