Once regarded as one of the most important cliffs in North Wales, Lliwedd has in more recent times languished well down the list of "must visit" crags. However a wave of exploration in the 1990s, not repeated since the early part of the 20th Century, now means that the cliff can boast modern climbs up to E4.
