Its an oval loop of metal with a screw thread closure.

Does it really need a review? What is there to say? It was bought for emergency use and I haven't had an emergency yet so it may be good quality or it may snap on first weighting. I hope I never need to find out.

I think this is a nice size as - if you have two of them - you can use one as a wrench to tighten the last turn of the other.
