I've only used it on 4 occasions so far, purchased mainly to go a bit lighter than my kovea spider (another fantastic stove) for an up coming trip to the US for the JMT. I cant say I've really been a fan of this type of burner previously, mainly due to stability concerns I have, but the Amicus is a fraction shorter than most and the 4 arms are perfect for the 750 and 950 pots I normally use. Due to the burner being designed to alleviate the wind effect i haven't even had to use my home made wind screen yet, but admittedly the weather has been rather benign on my recent trips, even though the design is impressing me so far. I boiled water today, freezing, straight from a mountain burn and was really, really impressed with how quick it bouled I did intend to buy the model with the prezzo starter button but bought the non ignition version in error, actually turns out I'm happy with that decision as I always carry 2 lighters and haven't had any issues at all
